FRESH. LOCAL. SUSTAINABLE. FARMS.
Consumers have become disconnected from their food's true source as well as the processes it goes through to get from farm to table. We work with farmers in the Shenandoah Valley & Piedmont Region to help reconnect people to their food. We base our custom menus to what is in season and utilize multiple farm partners to cover all food categories.

Georges Mill Artisianal Cheese
Georges Mill Farm Artisan Cheese is a small, family owned farm in Loudoun County Virginia. They make artisan cheese on a seasonal basis using milk from their herd of Alpine dairy goats. Their dairy is located in an historic bank barn that has been in our family for eight generations, and their goats graze over 15 acres of pasture. They supplement their pasture with high quality grain and hay, and are committed to producing cheese of the finest quality and connecting our consumers to their food. They believe strongly in the power of real food, and in the need for a strong local agricultural economy and community.

Fields of Athenry
Philamont, VA
Fields of Athenry – from the ballad describing the beautiful and majestic farms near Gallway Bay, Ireland – is a family-run business in northern Virginia. Fields of Athenry Farm didn’t start out with a “mission,” but they have one today.
In 2003, one of their five daughters developed serious health issues, putting their family and the farm on a journey about the relationship between the foods we eat, and chronic diseases such as allergies, obesity, depression, cancer, Autism, and more. Their healing process put us, not on the traditional path of going vegetarian, but of focusing on “whole foods” grown the way God intended, including hormone- and antibiotic-free meats, raw milk and raw milk cheeses, pesticide-free fruits and vegetables, and nutrient dense cooking stocks.
As their farm business grew they went from a source of healthy foods for family and friends, to a thriving Farm Store and Home Delivery business – and a resource for people looking for both knowledge and ways to feed themselves in a healthy, holistic way.

Sea to Table
Owned and operated by the Dimin family, Sea to Table builds on the early Tobago Wild model by seeking out sustainable fisheries needing better access to markets, creating a direct connection between fishermen and chefs. Sea to Table works with local fishermen throughout the U.S., from Alaska to the Gulf Coast, and from the Carolinas to Maine.
Chefs and diners need to know who is producing the food they cook and eat. Fishermen need to know how the fruits of their hard labor are enjoyed. Increasingly, more home cooks and university diners are demanding the same traceable connection back to the person who caught their fish. By delivering right from the source, Sea to Table supports the health and well-being of not only chefs and home cooks, but fishermen and fishing communities.
